Diving in Switzerland

Switzerland is home to some of the most spectacular freshwater diving in the world. However, diving in alpine lakes and fast-flowing rivers requires specialized knowledge. Temperatures range from 4°C at depth year-round to 20°C+ at the surface in summer, making dry suit diving the local standard.

From the sheer walls of Lake Thun to the ancient stone formations of the Verzasca river, local diving is challenging but incredibly rewarding. With proper training, you will unlock year-round access to these freshwater wonders.
